The hat arrived as I ordered it. It was very customizable. I have a really big head, So when it arrived. I was surprised that it wasnt Velcro on the back. It had a buckle instead. It still fit me just fine. hats that have those buckles dont fit me. I think its a perfect hat. Especially for those who have big heads like me. It makes a great clothing gift for that special someone in your life. Highly recommend it.

I am very happy with the hat. It seems to be good quality and fits well. My only thing to look out for is that an image will not be embroidered. It will be put on with some sort of printing process. But I am happy with the results. In fact, I ordered 2 more of different images.
The cap is amazingly well made.The reason I ordered it was for the lettering. It is clean, wire sharp, even raised!
