RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • If you are not satisfied with items you received, you must send back items within 30 days of receiving all your items .
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR THE SITUATIONS:

  • Wrong size or design: our products are all custom made order. This means you choose exactly what you want to purchase and we produce it (such as size, the design) so we DO NOT accept refund for such reasons.
  • Customer information provided was inaccurate, leading to delivery failure.
  • The product is not an original product, the product is already in use by the customer.
  • Improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear.

WE ACCEPT RETURN FOR THE SITUATIONS:

  • The wrong goods are sent due to our mistakes, such as wrong size, wrong design.
  • Due to our reasons, the goods you received are damaged.

For other situations that cause you to be dissatisfied with our products, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and deal with it correctly.

SIZING ISSUES

 Before placing an order, we highly recommend that you take your measurements and refer to our sizing chart on the Sizing Chart.

For sizing issue, contact us with 14days after receiving your items at sandy@toponepod.com.

MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Contact us at sandy@toponepod.com 

 After 24 hours, it will be too late to make any changes to your order as it will already be in production.

DAMAGED AND FLAWED ITEMS

We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.

In rare instances, you may receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product. When this happens, we will replace or refund your purchase to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

If this happens to you, please contact us at sandy@toponepod.com. And send us a clear photo of your item with a brief description of the issue.

Depending on this issue we will send you a replacement order or a refund.

Note:Depending on your bank and payment methods, refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

SHIPPING FEE

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose (Normally, the shipping fee is $30).

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sandy@toponepod.com
